Cancellation Policy
To cancel without penalty please provide over 24 hours notice. Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours are charged at half the session cost. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be charged at full lesson price. Alice Cook Education reserves the right to exercise discretion in adjusting these fees depending on the reason for the cancellation.
